ReAlign Physiotherapy Clinic ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how it's stored, and what choices you have. It applies to https://realignphysiotherapyclinics.com and the appointment/enquiry forms on it.
When you fill in the appointment/enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect:
If you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or in person instead of using the website form, our staff may enter the same categories of information into our appointment records on your behalf, along with how you reached us (e.g. walk-in, phone, referral) and basic visit/payment status for our own scheduling and billing purposes.
We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or detailed medical records through this website — clinical information you share with Dr. Pratik Khaire (PT) during an in-person assessment is handled separately, as part of standard clinical practice, not through this website.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, schedule and manage your appointment, contact you about your visit, and keep an internal record of patients we've treated. We don't use it for anything beyond running the clinic — we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising to you on other websites or apps.
Enquiry and appointment details submitted through this website are saved directly into a private Google Sheet owned and controlled by ReAlign Physiotherapy Clinic, using Google's own secure infrastructure. This website does not maintain its own separate database of patient information. Access to that Sheet, and to the staff appointment-logging tool, is restricted to authorised clinic staff who log in with their own credentials — it is not publicly accessible.
Depending on what ReAlign Physiotherapy Clinic has enabled at any given time, this website may also use:
Each of these is provided by a third party (Google or Meta) and is subject to that company's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
We keep appointment and enquiry records for as long as they're useful for ongoing patient care, scheduling and our own record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner (see "Your choices" below).
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can. If you'd simply rather not share your email or condition notes, those fields are optional — only your name and phone number are required to book.
This site is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection). Our appointment records are stored in a Google Sheet that is not publicly shared, and our staff-only appointment tool requires an authenticated login. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, standard precautions to protect your information.
This website is not directed at children. If a parent or guardian submits an enquiry on behalf of a minor patient, the same protections in this policy apply to that information.
We may update this policy from time to time as the website or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

This policy is provided as a good-faith starting point covering how this specific website actually handles data, not as legal advice.
